The key educational element known as the Hilltop Junior Board connected the Apple Valley Legacy Trail and Town of AV to an $156,000 clean air grant for thisunique learning classroom in the sky.
The superintendent of schools, (5) area high schools, their respective principals/teachers , (2) junior board representatives from each school and some 125 students who signed up for the program clearly demonstrated the intiative as merited and a diverse grant magnet for immediate and future funding.
